Health is very important to us. Espesially having a good health in our life . And we must maintain our good health and healthy body.
Nowadays,we can now easily get any diseases . And those diseases are cause by eating fatty foods and unbalance diet ,bad vices(smoking,drinking alcohol,taking drugs)and dirty surroundings . So in order for us to maintain our healthy body, we must eat our balanced diet , have enough rest, excercise dailyand always make sure that your surroundings or environment is clean.
